This website and its content are protected by copyright. Reproduction of part or all of the website contents in any form is prohibited unless for personal use. The content of this website may not be copied to any other publication (including electronic, hard copy or others). Interior deep linking or framing of this website is prohibited without permission of YourArtCards.
YourArtCards is not responsible for the content of any website linked to it, does not endorse any views expressed within those sites and does not guarantee that links to other website will work all of the time.
Secure payments made by credit or debit card are handled via Square. Goods will be dispatched when payment has cleared.
All our products are normally held in stock but should the goods ordered be out of stock you will be notified by email and given the option of a) waiting for more stock to arrive b) other goods of the same value to be sent in replacement or c) a refund. Refunds will be issued in the same format as the payment was made.
If your item has not arrived after 5 working days please contact us and we will do our best to help. Before contacting us though please check at your local Royal Mail collection office.
Even though we do our very best to get the goods to you as soon as possible delivery times can in no way be guaranteed. Please contact us prior to ordering if you need your order urgently.
If delivery has been refused (with no mistake on our part) or the goods can’t be delivered due to a mistake on your part (e.g on holiday, incorrect address) and the goods are returned to us, then we will refund you less the cost of the delivery to you and the return delivery back to us. Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order, or the order has been damaged in transit.
Returns / Cancellations / Unwanted items
Please contact YourArtCards before returning any item.
In the unlikely event of YourArtCards sending the wrong item(s) then they must be returned in the exact same condition as they were received. Return postage costs will be reimbursed.
If any goods are missing then please report it to us in order for us to investigate the problem.
Any damaged or faulty items must be reported to YourArtCards as soon as possible after receipt of the goods. Please retain any damaged/faulty items as we may require photographic evidence or return of the goods. Any replacement or refund due will handled as laid out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 legislation.
If you change your mind for any reason and wish to return products to us then any expenditure incurred in doing so e.g. postal costs must be borne by you. You must notify us within fourteen days of receipt and return the goods within a further 14 days. Goods should be returned in exactly the same condition as they were sent, any unnecessary handling by you which results in a loss in value of the goods may result in a deduction from any subsequent refunds.
Any cancellations will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment was made. This will be done within 14 days.
Law and Jurisdiction
The contract shall be governed by English law and we and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you access the Website from locations outside of England and Wales you are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to that territory.
